All of our work is done using a neutral email address that will not take away from your brand as a Realtor; additionally, we create a Realtor specific signature block for each Realtor to blend in as part of a whole Real Estate Team. 

Our ability to prioritize attention to detail allows us to excel in contract to close tasks such as:

• Ensuring that all required signatures and initials are on the contract and addenda.
• Confirm escrow deposit and obtain receipt.
• Sending executed contract to all parties with introductions as a member of your team.
• Creating a summary sheet containing all parties.
• Review and Submit all necessary contract files for Broker Approval. 
• Submit Commissions, Obtain DA & Submit to Title.
• Following up with the title company, lender, and all other relevant parties.
• Sending weekly communications summarizing the status of the closing and upcoming deadlines. 
• Schedule and confirm home inspections, WDO inspections, and inform all parties.
• Monitor underwriting process through receipt of Loan Approval, followed by Clear to Close. 
• Provide DA to the title company.
• Schedule final walk-through.
• Coordinate closing time and place with all parties.
• Send closing instructions to Buyer/Seller.
• Review closing statement for accuracy.
• Follow-up on lender's closing documents delivered to the title company.
• Follow-up on final closing and funding, obtain copy of the signed statement.

This service is a truly essential and priceless addition to every Real Estate transaction, however, all great things do have a cost. We understand the importance of bargain and being the knowledgeable Certified Transaction Coordinators that we are, we charge a convenient flat fee invoiced at closing.
