Submit a fully Executed Contract and we'll process the file for Compliance, open escrow, make introductions to all parties involved, send out documents for signature / track down missing documents, schedule Inspections (if needed) follow up on Appraisal Status, and coordinate signings with the Title Company. 

You and your clients will also receive a Weekly Update.

Submit a Fully Executed Contract and let us know you're representing both sides. We'll process both sides of the file for Compliance, make introductions to all parties involved, send out documents for signatures / track down missing documents, schedule Inspections (if needed) follow up with Appraisal Status, and coordinate both closings with the Title Company. 

You and each party will also receive Weekly Update, keeping both parties separate from each other.

Submit a fully Executed Listing Agreement. We'll process Listing Docs Compliance, send out disclosures, help schedule sign installs, upload photography, and assist in the MLS Data Input. 

You and the sellers will also receive a weekly status update on how the property is performing in this market.
